Accuracy and Currency
Lending is a moving target. Government grants, scheme price caps, stamp duty thresholds, regulatory settings and individual lender policies all change, sometimes at short notice. Figures on this site are dated where they appear and accurate to the best of our knowledge as at that date. They are not maintained in real time.
Confirm current details with the primary source before relying on them. For Victorian grants and stamp duty that is the State Revenue Office Victoria; for the federal deposit guarantee schemes it is Housing Australia; for lender policy it is the lender.
